He also handles the compliances which includes compliance of Income Tax, ROC, RBI, Registrar of Co-operative Societies and Service Tax Matters. He is also visiting faculty and guest speaker on various seminars and workshops on Accounting and Auditing matters.

He has 13 of years of experience in Cooperate Finance and Business Structure Advisory for Overseas Investments. He has worked in Amicorp Advisory India Pvt. Ltd. , a reputed fiduciary firm across the globe. In 2015, he became a Managing Partner in EL Capital wherein they helped Indian Corporate with assistance of providing Working Capital from various Financial Institutions.

He is one of the youngest Senior Standing Counsels to be appointed by the Income Tax Department to represent Income Tax Cases before the Delhi High Court and various other courts. He has an experience of more than 17 years in matters pertaining to Income Tax Law, Company Law, IBC, Insurance Law, Competition Law and all matters falling under the general law.

Pradip Kumar Kar started his career as an officer with RBI at the prime of his life. He had keen interest in academics and thus he devoted himself in learning practical banking from the then banking gurus. He had opportunities of presenting my ideas & thoughts at various banking forum. These include RBI’s in-house trainings, NEIBM, NIBM, training institutes of other commercial banks, rural credit melas, forex conferences and various conferences in Russia, Iran, Bangladesh, Philippines. The topics covered were related to RBI functions and workings in details. Meanwhile, He was also simultaneously pursuing with research work on theoretical physics in Cotton University and later Gauahati University. He was finally awarded Ph. D. degree by Gauhati University in 2012. At that time he was also directly involved in forex policy making framework of RBI. Many landmark reforms took effect during this time
